Availability

Timber Wolf is a year-round camping facility. We are available for booking during our school season calendar (mid-August through May).

Our venue is available for conferences, training events, educational retreats, women's retreats, men's retreats, college retreats, high school retreats, junior high retreats, staff retreats, etc. (**Due to our 501(c)(3) status, we are not available for weddings, family reunions, or corporate events. We welcome non-profit, church or service groups.)

Pricing

Pricing is based on your group's needs according to number of people, number of nights spent at camp, and catered and dining room meals. We work hard to ensure that our prices match your budget! Please request a no-obligation​ quote today!

Housing Options

Pine Forest, Game Trail, Crooked Creek, Lakeview

Our four dorm buildings are located along the main stretch of camp and house over 100 people each (a combined 420 person total capacity) . Each dorm is split into 8 rooms, accommodating 6 bunks (12 beds) or 7 bunks (14 beds). Private bathrooms in each room, a common area for gathering in the lobby, central heat and air conditioning, and porch.

Lumberjack Lodge

Lumberjack Lodge serves as Timber Wolf's Adult Guest Lodge. It features an 18 person capacity, 9 bedrooms and 9 ½ bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, large living room with fireplace, and porches with outdoor seating.

**Guests staying in Lumberjack Lodge must be at least 21 years of age (except nursing children).

The Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse serves as Timber Wolf's family style housing. It features a 50 person capacity with 10 family style suites and 10 ½ bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, large living room with fireplace, and a porch overlooking the lake. Each family suite is comprised of 1 queen room, private bathroom, and either a bunk room (2 bunks each) or a room with two twins. ​

Woodchipper and Boomscooter

The Woodchipper and Boomscooter are identical buildings which flank the Bunkhouse with equally great views of the lake. These buildings feature a 56 person capacity for each building, offering dorm style housing with separate male and female wings (2 rooms on each wing, 4 rooms total per building) as well as a kitchenette, common room, and porch. These buildings also feature an attached family suite with a queen room, twin room, private bathroom, and private sitting area. These buildings may be booked individually or with the Bunkhouse as a part of the Logging Village.

Facilities

Stay in one of our dorms filled with bunk beds, shop around our camp store, and get ready for incredible food to be served in the dining hall.

Grab a latte at Carlton's coffee shop, play ping pong in the game room and get excited for club in the Sawmill!

Activities

Go mountain biking on one of our fat tire bikes, challenge your friends to a game of sand volleyball or basketball, then head over to our three person giant swing!

Fly into the water on our zipline or ropeswing then play on our waterfront, obstacle courses or take a paddle board out on the water.

Choose your challenge on our indoor climbing wall, shoot hoops in our gym, play a round of disc golf on our 18 hole course and after head over to the Timber Carts!

Play a game of whiffle ball with you cabin or climb up the Tall Timbers!

Accessibility

We welcome kids of all abilities to our camps. At Timber Wolf Lake, all of our main buildings are accessible to strollers or wheelchairs, and we have a handful of cabins that are designed to be accessible (special housing needs may be requested by your child's trip leader).

Walkways around camp are paved. We will also do our best to help every guest participate in activities. We want every kid to have the best week of their life as they come to camp!
